Ruslan Gelfanov

Incredibly the engagement of the VSV in the promising area of the FIRST BANK is a HOCKEY LEAGUE. In spite of big ambitions for the coming season one inserts further strictly player from own younger generation in the fight team. In St. Petersburg, Russia born Jung's eagles however grown up in Villach has the Austrian one as well as the Russian citizenship and plays for a long time in the younger generation VSV. Gelfanov has completely made a mistake to the hockey, trains incredibly hard and has only one purpose: To become a professional player. To this wish subordinates 18-year-old everything and lives for his dream.

„ It is nice wanted to become such players not believe player, the stars and, they are already one. Gelfanov is an honest and more well young fellow which has a purpose with eyes which wants to reach something. This fits perfectly to the VSV. He should get his chance. “ if explains Hannu Järvenpää.

Ruslan is 1.81 ms, has 85 kg and played this year 25 plays for the U20 and 14 plays in the EBEL.
